Submit a complete notice
Send the notice to dmca@runetoplist.com. Include all information needed to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, and the exact RuneTopList URL.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification and exact location of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Directory links and counter notices
RuneTopList may remove or disable access to a listing or link while reviewing a valid notice. If affected material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the responsible party may submit a legally sufficient counter notice to the same address.
Misrepresentation
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that removed material was removed by mistake, may create liability. Consider obtaining independent legal advice before submitting a notice or counter notice.
