Information used for voting
RuneTopList stores a browser identifier cookie and one-way hashed browser and network identifiers to enforce the voting window and detect repeat voting. Vote records include the server, voting period, challenge result, and timestamp. Raw passwords and private server account credentials are not requested.
Server logs and essential data
Hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, response status, and timing. This information is used for delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and security.
External server websites
Play and Discord links lead to independent third-party services. Their privacy policies and data practices apply after you leave RuneTopList. Do not reuse official RuneScape credentials on a private server.
Retention and requests
Voting and security records are retained only as needed to operate rankings, investigate abuse, and protect the service. Contact RuneTopList through the contact page for a privacy question or request.
